Hi there! My name is Dale Wallace aka The DoTheWork Coach.
I have been working within the industry for over ten years now and my goals haven’t changed a bit. I came into the industry as a nineteen year old wanting to spend my career helping people achieve their goals.
Ten years on I am still working to this each day. One by one, client by client with small daily improvements I aim for positive change in peoples lives. I fully believe you must maintain a positive balance with health and your social life but not without that initial hard work and change to initiate that lifestyle change.
My DoTheWork Programme facilitates transformation of not only your body with unprecedented weight loss results but also a transformation of your mind too which positively impacts other areas of your life.
All of my services of geared towards weight loss and long-term behaviour change and they are coached in line with the three main DoTheWork principles which are nutrition, steps and exercise.
I take an individual approach with every single client whilst still applying the above principles to work around their previous exercise & nutrition history and their lifestyle. I’ve dealt with so many people over the years that I know that my system is fool-proof and guarantees results no matter what your situation – I’ll find the way for you.
It’s my absolute passion to help people achieve their weight loss goals but not because of the weight loss itself. I love it because of what it brings to their life. It sky-rockets their confidence and literally changes their outlook on life and that’s what gets me out of bed in the morning every single day.
