Niamh had been working with me solely on increasing strength and she successfully increased her deadlift to 105kg. After this huge goal was achieved, she decided in December 21 that she’d like to take on the challenge of a photoshoot. Niamh worked incredibly hard for 5 months after Christmas was out of the way and produced these amazing results.
Tracy came to me with one thing in mind – her wedding day. We laid out a clear plan together and here’s the results! Tracy admittedly wasn’t perfect throughout, like anyone, there were some meals out, the odd takeaway etc but she was consistently doing the work.

It was a pleasure to be there on her wedding day to witness her walking down the aisle to marry her to be husband Ben.
Lindsay need results FAST. She had a holiday coming up and she’d left it a bit late. We quickly put a plan together and as you can the results were absolutely amazing. It’s safe to say she felt fantastic on the beach.

People generally underestimate the importance of learning how to move correctly and go diving into exercise with incorrect form which can cause injury, postural issues and pain.

Face to face training is a also a great way to improve your posture as well as your movement. I am also a qualified Corrective Exercise Specialist and therefore can apply this knowledge to your programme.

Most people who have sedentary jobs have lots of muscular imbalances that need correcting through mobility drills, effective programming and exercise selection.

Hannah came to me after attending some of my classes and wanted some guidance with her weight loss.
We took a very moderate approach to both exercise and diet.
Most of Hannah’s exercise came from regular walking and the group sessions. Hannah had limitations due to a previous knee injury so endless cardio and high intensity was off limits.
Her diet was managed through basic calorie control and good habits.

Well, what can I say about Dale…… First impressions are how professional he is, then when you’ve been in his company for a while you realise how knowledgeable he is, he is so dedicated to his mission, which is to make people understand how and why they lose weight/muscle or gain weight/muscle. I’ve used a few different personal trainers but dale is different, he’s not interested in taking photos and uploading them to social media, he really wants you to succeed in your journey, he’s not all about money, he’s always doing free group tasks and seminars, you can really see how happy peoples success make him. He’s not a soft touch though, if you don’t do what you know you’re supposed to be doing, he will tell you!! But what’s the point in paying a PT if they’re not going to keep you in check?? Dale is more than just exercise, he is about nutrition, exercise, science behind weight gain, best PT I’ve used and yes he will whip your ass if that’s what you need to keep you on track.

Ann proved and is still proving that you are never too old to make a big change to your physique, Ann can now also complete full press ups and assisted pull ups! Not bad for a lady in her 60’s!

This lady who remains anonymous achieved all of this during lockdown whilst maintaining a full-time teachers job and looking after two children including one with a disability.
